Shopify

Adding / integrating your Shopify store to your TPOP account is quick and easy.

From your TPOP dashboard, click on “Settings”, “Contact details & preferences” then “Options and external stores” or go directly to https://app.tpop.com/stores

Then, under “Connect a platform”, add your Shopify store.

Just follow the instructions, depending on whether you've already installed the application or not.

Etsy

Would you like to sell products created with TPOP on your Etsy store?

Go to your account settings, then "production options".

The direct link to follow

Then click on "Activate Etsy integration".

You will then be redirected to the Etsy access confirmation page (only if you are logged in to Etsy first).

Simply validate and authorize access to your account.

Hop, it's over, you'll now see your Etsy store in the list of connected stores.

Now you can push the products you create to your Etsy store and orders will be automatically received and synchronized.

Digital printing is a fabulous technique: it has recently opened up a whole new world of graphic reproduction possibilities. Although highly advanced, this method still requires certain criteria to be respected when creating the design, to ensure that the result lives up to expectations… Don't worry, there's nothing too complicated about it.

The format

When it comes to the world of graphic design, it's impossible to overlook the notion of format. This is the wording that follows the name of your file (e.g. monomptueuxdesign. format). Several options are available: .jpg for still images of reduced quality, .gif for animated images, .mp4 for videos, etc.).

In Print on Demand, the format we're interested in is .png . There are two reasons for this: firstly, because it offers the best possible image quality, and secondly, because it's the only format that supports transparent backgrounds, which are essential for a clean print result.

Want to personalize neck tags? We'll explain it all here:

In the sidebar, click on "Settings", then "Options and external stores".
Then click on "Neck tags".
All you have to do is download the design you want to print on the inside collar of your products.

| By default, you can customize 1 neck tag. The PRO offer allows you to offer up to three different collar graphics.

Once this step has been validated, you can add your branding to compatible products (such as T-shirts or sweatshirts) by activating the small button below the product name.
