How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order as long as it has not been put into production in your dashboard.

We allow a minimum of 24 hours before placing your order in production, so you must intervene during this period.

It is important to cancel the order from your T-Pop space

To cancel an order, go to your T-Pop space.
Click on "Orders" then on the shop. Click on "Order Details".

On the order details page, click on "Cancel Order".



When its status is set to "in production", the cancellation of an order is no longer allowed, it will be invoiced and then shipped to you.
