What not to do 🔥

Never duplicate a product created by the application: it will not be taken into account by our system if a customer orders it from you.

Do not delete the "SKUs" and do not modify them.

Do not modify or delete the created variants (size / color), do not reverse the options (do not put the size instead of the color and vice versa).

Do not change the type of product / "Distributor" - "Vendor".

Do not mark your orders as processed: we will do this automatically. If you process your orders, we will not be able to update your customer tracking number and you will not be able to cancel an order from our dashboard.

Do not delete an ordered product from your shop until it has been shipped: this may cause production problems.

Do not publish more than 1000 color variants per day on your Shopify Store (this causes your products to be out of sync).

The fluorescent

Whatever the medium, FLUO colours should be avoided: fluorescent colours are not printable.

If you send us a file with integrated fluorescent colours, we will print with the most approximate rendering. The same applies to all specific colours (gold, silver, mirror effect...).

White (or similar) media

On white materials (clothing or accessories) as well as on very light materials (beige, such as pouches or beige for natural color products) white is never printed.

Thus, a white text on a white t-shirt will not be printed, nor will a white text on a mug, a pocket or a tote-bag.

Black on black

For reasons of rendering, you should know that the black color will never be printed on a black textile: it is the color of the textile which will replace the ink.

Image quality

The higher the resolution of your image, the more detailed your product will be.

Concerning the dimensions of your visuals, be sure to send files of at least 2000 pixels wide (and 5000 pixels max), in 150 DPI: the rendering will be great.

However, even if our printers allow us to render your visuals very precisely, the textile is less defined than a sheet of paper: the micro-details may not appear properly, take this into account before sending your visuals.

That's it. It's not much of a constraint, is it?
