When a customer places an order with you, we wait a minimum of 24 hours before considering it validated (in case of a change of mind or a change of address for example).

You can shorten this waiting period in your preferences, but be aware of the implications.

During this period, you will see the order as "in progress" / "pending" in the T-Pop interface.
You have the option to cancel the order while it is in this waiting state, no charge will be made.

Once the order has been validated, it goes into production within 72 hours for all products in stock.

Please note that we do not put orders into production at weekends (Saturday + Sunday) or on French public holidays.

For products not in stock, the lead time is variable and is indicated on the product sheet
