Place an order for samples

Learn the procedure for ordering custom samples.

Place your sample order in a few very simple steps.

We understand, no matter the resolution of your screen, it will never give you a better idea than having a product in hand.

We have a solution: sample ordering! Place yours in a few very simple steps.

Steps to follow

To start, head to the TPOP dashboard.

Once on the homepage, click on the "Place Order" link in the menu bar on the left.

Here you are on the manual orders page: after spending 2 minutes admiring your catalog, it's time to take action. Click on the "Add to Cart" button next to the product or one of the products you are interested in.

The cart page

The crucial moment has arrived: proceeding to the cart. If you want to add an additional product to your order, click on its icon at the top left. For the most extensive catalogs, search for it using the search bar located just below.

To change the color or size of a product, click on the dropdown menu, just next to the product photo (see no.1).

Want the same product in a different color or size? For that, the "duplicate" function will be very handy: click on the icon to the right of the dropdown menu (see no.2).

Finally, to buy the same product in the same size and color, increase its quantity in the field all the way to the right of the item (see no.3).

And because no mistake is irreparable, you can also remove one of the products from the cart by clicking on the small trash can on the far right (see no. 4).

Are you the proud holder of a promo code? Then turn your cheap order into an even cheaper order by selecting your code from the dropdown menu at the bottom left (see no. 5).

Does everything seem in order?

The delivery address

Let's move to the right side of the screen.

You are the recipient of the order: don't change anything, everything is pre-filled! Is your order intended for someone else?

In that case, uncheck the box under the "Recipient's address" mention and then enter the address of the lucky person in question.

Everything is good? Just click on "Place order" and hop hop, production will be launched before you have time to say "yippee" (well, almost).

Order payment

The payment for your order will be automatically made on the credit card you have provided in your dashboard when we put your order into production (24 hours after placing the order). If your payment method is not valid, the order will then be blocked during production.

To track its status, just click on "Orders" then "My TPOP fees."
