Order Confirmation Emails
When you place an order for print-on-demand products manually from your TPOP dashboard, a confirmation email is automatically sent to you.
This email contains a summary of your order, including the reference number of this order and the name of the customer, confirming that the order has been received by our system.
This confirmation email is sent to you and not to your final customer.
You will not receive an order confirmation for orders placed via an external integration.
