Your customer wants to cancel their order? If you want to respond favorably to their request and cancel it, it's simple.
Go to the order, then click on the button at the top right, at the very bottom is the cancellation button (with a cross) for the order.
Attention: in some cases, cancellation is not possible (if it is a print-on-demand product and the order is already in production, for example).
