How to add Messenger to my TPOP store?

  1. Make sure you have created a Facebook page for your online store and that your page visibility is set to "Published"

  2. Go to this address: https://business.facebook.com/latest/inbox/settings/chat_plugin

  3. Click on "Set up" then "Standard"

  4. Add your TPOP domain (such as https://yourstore.tpopsite.com) in step 2

  5. The tricky part: look in the code of part 3 and find the "Page ID" which is in quotes (such as 8597071978057411) then copy it

  6. Click on "Done"

  7. Go to your TPOP space, in the applications section then look for "Facebook Messenger Live Chat"

  8. Finally, paste the "Page ID" in the appropriate field: be careful, you must not paste the quotes. Save.

  9. All you have to do is activate the chat by clicking on the switch in the applications section

Note that by default, the chat bubble color is that of Facebook: if you want to replace it with the main color of your store, simply check the appropriate box on the application's page.
