How can I order samples quickly and easily?


You're 99% sure that your products are great and you want to know for sure?

We understand, but no matter what the resolution of your screen, it will never be able to give you a better idea than a product right at your fingertips.

We've got a solution: order samples! Place yours in a few simple steps (and even simpler).

Getting started

To begin with, head for your TPOP dashboard. Once on the home page, click on the "Place an order" link in the left-hand menu bar.

You're now on the manual order page: after spending 2 minutes admiring your catalog, it's time to take action. Click on the "Add to cart" button next to the product(s) you're interested in.

The cart page

The fateful moment has arrived: checkout! If you wish to add an additional product to your order, click on its icon in the top left-hand corner. For larger catalogs, use the search bar above to find the product you're looking for.

To change the color or size of a product, click on the drop-down menu next to the product photo (see #1).

Want the same product in a different color or size? Click on the icon to the right of the drop-down menu (see n°2).

Finally, to buy the same product in the same size and color, increase the quantity in the field to the right of the item (see n°3).

And because there's no such thing as an unrecoverable error, you can also delete a product from the shopping basket by clicking on the little garbage can on the right (see n°4).

Are you the proud owner of a promotional code? Then turn your cheap order into an even cheaper one by selecting your code from the drop-down menu at the bottom left (see n°5).

Everything is ok?

Let's move on to the right-hand side of the screen!

Shipping address

You are the order recipient: don't change a thing, everything is pre-filled! Is your order intended for another person?

In this case, uncheck the box under "Recipient's address" and enter the address of the lucky person in question.

All set? All you have to do is click on "Place order" and you'll be in production before you can say "yippee" (well, almost).

Order payment

Payment for your order will be made automatically to the card you enter in the platform settings, when we place your order in production. If your payment method is invalid, your order will be held up during production.

To keep track of its status, simply go to the "Orders" tab on the platform.
