The Profile page
Let's take a look at this page of the platform.
This is where you'll find the information that TPOP will use to bill you for your "print on demand" orders. These details will appear on your invoices.
Here you can choose the language that will be used in the TPOP application (menus, pages, etc.): please note that this does not affect the language of your shop at all.
To change the language of your shop, go to the "Managing your store" section
Currency in the application
You can change the currency that will be used in the TPOP product catalogue.
This allows you to see the price of each product converted into the currency of your choice. Note, however, that you will always be billed in EUR.
Similarly, this setting does not affect the currency used in your shop.
In European Union countries, all transactions are subject to a tax called VAT.
You can be invoiced without VAT in the following cases:
- You are located in a country outside the EU
- You are located in an EU country (outside France) but you have an intra-Community VAT number.
In this case, simply enter your country code followed by the VAT number (without the country code) in the form, then register: a check is then carried out with the European VAT number database.
If this number is valid and you meet the criteria, you will be invoiced excluding VAT.
E-mail and billing preferences
In this section you can :
- Choose whether you wish to receive our (fantastic) newsletter
- Receive an invoice directly in your mailbox for each order.
- Change the e-mail address to which invoices are sent (for your accountant, for example).
Note that you can always download your invoices from the orders page.
If you need to change your TPOP access password, this is the place to do it.
Please note that the change is irreversible and that we will not be able to help you change your password. You will need to use the "lost password" function if this is the case.
