As you know, once the order has been placed, we take care of everything else.

To make the service as smooth and pleasant as possible for everyone, it's a good idea to consult your TPOP dashboard every day and check the status of your orders.

However, as an e-merchant, don't forget that you have to perform a few simple tasks to ensure the best customer service.

Orders processing

Check that the orders of your stores are present in TPOP: if there is any communication problem between the store and us or if you have duplicated or modified a product for example, the order may be incomplete (or not appear at all).

Follow-up of orders on hold

Check that none of your orders is blocked: if there is a lack of payment, address or visual, the orders are blocked.

You must then make the necessary arrangements with your bank or change the payment method, rectify the visual or address and then resubmit the request for production.

My order is blocked, what should I do in case of payment problem ?

Of course it is useless to ask to put orders back into production if the problem is not solved on your side.

Checking that orders are correct

Check that orders TPOP correspond to orders of your shop: if there is any problem of communication between your shop and us or if you have duplicated or modified a product for example, the order may be incomplete or not appear at all (bis).

In the end, it's very simple, just do daily what any good e-merchant must do by monitoring that everything goes well, your customers will be even happier.
