Want to personalize the neck tag of a product? It couldn't be easier, we'll explain it all here:

In the sidebar, click on, then click on "Settings", then "Options and external shops".
Then click on "Neck tags".
All you have to do now is upload the visual you want to print on the inside collar of your products.

| By default, you can customise 1 neck tag. The PRO plan allows you to offer up to three different designs.

Once this step has been validated, you can add your branding to compatible products (such as t-shirts or sweatshirts) by activating the small button below the product name.

How do I place an order for samples?

You're 99% sure that your products are great and you want to know for sure?

We understand, but no matter what the resolution of your screen, it will never be able to give you a better idea than a product right at your fingertips.

We've got a solution: order samples! Place yours in a few simple steps (and even simpler):

To begin with, head for the (logical) platform. Once on the home page, click on the "Order" link in the left-hand menu bar.

You're now on the manual order page: after spending 2 minutes admiring your catalog, it's time to take action. Click on the "Add to cart" button next to the product(s) you're interested in.

The fateful moment has arrived: checkout! If you wish to add an additional product to your order, click on its icon in the top left-hand corner. For larger catalogs, use the search bar above to find the product you're looking for.

To change the color or size of a product, click on the drop-down menu next to the product photo (see #1).

How to create a product?

Creating a product is quick and easy. You'll see, it's child's play!

First of all, visit our wonderful catalogue full of beautiful things:

Once you've selected your product, simply add a visual by clicking on "Image " or add text by clicking on "text ".

You can then modify, move, enlarge or reduce it using the transform and position buttons in the sidebar.

You can also filter your visual using the filter selector at the very bottom of the options in the sidebar.

Next, choose the colours you want to sell in your shop: all colours will automatically be ticked, but if you don't want certain colours to appear, you can untick them by simply clicking on the cap of the colour in question.

Now you can also customise the back of your product using the selector located just above the product. You'll find your previously uploaded visuals in your image gallery.

Then you can enter the name of your product. You can activate the "neck-tags " option by clicking on the button. For this option to be visible, don't forget to upload your nec

External integrations

An integration is a service external to TPOP: let's find out how to combine them.

Shopify

Adding / integrating your Shopify shop to your TPOP account is quick and easy.

From your TPOP dashboard, click on "Settings" then "Options and external shops".

Then, under "Connect a platform", you can add your Shopify shop.

All you have to do is follow the instructions, depending on whether or not you've already installed the application.

If you created your TPOP account from the Shopify app store, you won't have access to all the platform's features and you won't be able to subscribe to our various subscriptions.

The good news is that if you create your account directly from our site and then integrate Shopify, no restrictions will apply.

Etsy

Would you like to sell products created with TPOP on your Etsy shop?Go to your account settings, then "production options".The direct link to followThen click on "Activate Etsy integration".You will then be redirected to the Etsy access confirmation page (only if you are logged in to Etsy beforehand).All you have to do is confirm and authorise access to your account.

That's it, your Etsy shop will now appear in the list of connected shops.You can now push the products you've created to your Etsy shop and orders will be automatically received and synchronised.

Digital printing is a fabulous technique: it has recently opened up a whole new world of possibilities for graphic reproduction. The format

It's impossible to overlook the notion of format when you're involved in the world of graphic design. This is the wording that follows the name of your file (for example, mywonderful_image.extension). Several options are available: .jpg for still images of reduced quality, .gif for animated images, .mp4 for videos, etc.).
