Customer note on cart page

This option is available from the PLUS subscription.

A really interesting function is the personalized customer note: with a simple click, you can allow your customers to leave a note to accompany their order. Go to "Manage your store" and you'll find the "Personalized customer note" function.



By activating this option, you'll see a message on your shopping cart page telling your customers that they can personalize their order (the message can contain up to 160 characters).

On our side, we'll print this message at the bottom of the order form included in the parcel. This message will be printed below your thank-you message (it does not replace it).
