Create a content type
A content type allows you to organize all your content by section. By default, the "Blog" and "Page" sections are installed on your stores. They cannot be deleted.
On your tpopsite, you can create new sections and assign content to these sections.
For example, you can create the "Help" section and assign documentation articles to it.
To add a new type of content, go to Contents > Site sections and click on "Add a section ".
Once on the section creation page, fill in the required fields and click on save to create a new section:
Section name.
Section url.
Section appearance (depending on the theme you've installed, different templates may be available).
The meta-description, meta-title and description of your section.
Your section's main image.
Password protection. If enabled, only users with a password can access your section.
Your new section has now been created:
Once you've created your section, you can edit it by clicking on it and going to section settings:
As you can see, you can define a section as your site's home page by checking the appropriate box.
Once this option has been selected, this section will become the first page visible to your visitors when they access your site. This allows you to customize the home page to suit your needs, highlighting the most important elements as soon as users arrive.
Once you've added your content types, you can go to the article of your choice and assign it a section, like this:
