Ordering concerns



If you have a problem with a custom product order produced by TPOP, you can contact us directly from your TPOP dashboard:

- Go to app.tpop.com
- Go to "orders" and then to the TPOP fees page
- Select the order concerned, where you will find a button for reporting a problem.
