Time Before Production

Check the timeframes for producing and delivering your products.

Retention Period

When an order is placed on your store, by default we wait 24 hours before acting on your order.

Starting from the first subscription plan ("unlimited"), you can, if you wish, opt for a shorter period from your TPOP preferences, while taking into account the following:

  • The retention period allows you to cancel an order or modify its delivery address, for example, because once the order enters production, it can no longer be canceled and will be charged to you.

  • The period corresponds to the minimum time we wait before preparing your order for processing: this does not mean that your orders will be processed, printed, and shipped 24 hours and 1 minute after the order is placed, but that once the period has passed, your order is eligible for production.

For your manual orders (placed directly from our platform), there is no retention period; these will be put into production immediately and charged immediately to your registered payment method.

Complete production process

When we receive an order and the minimum lead time is reached, here is how the production proceeds:
  • A human, kind, will check that the order is valid (items, visuals...)

  • If the order is valid, we move to "production" mode: you are billed and the order is confirmed, it is no longer possible to modify it

  • Other humans will then go retrieve all your products from stock

  • Your products will be dispatched to the appropriate services: mugs, for example, are not printed in the same area as t-shirts

  • The most motivated humans on the team (shoutout to the team) will then prepare and print your visuals on the products: it seems simple, but this step is complex

  • Your finished products then go through quality control (this is where things get serious)

  • Next comes the folding step where delicate and careful hands will ensure your products are well-prepared

  • The second-to-last step, packaging: since we don't use plastic, attentive and lovely humans carefully package your products into suitable pouches before...

  • Shipping. The crucial point, your labels are created at this step, then affixed to the parcels. After that, the parcels are gently placed into large metal trolleys, which are picked up by the carrier.

Here it is, the process is explained as simply as possible, but in this way, you have an idea of all the steps involved in printing an order.

If you read the paragraph above carefully, you will have noticed that orders are manually controlled: on non-working days, it will, of course, not be possible to process your orders at the same pace as during the week.

During busy periods, this timeframe may not necessarily be met, but please know that we always do our best.
