Order Confirmation Emails
When you place an order for print-on-demand products manually from your TPOP dashboard, a confirmation email is automatically sent to you.
This email contains a summary of your order, including the reference number of the order and the customer's name, confirming that the order has been successfully received by our system.
This confirmation email is sent to you and not to your end customer.
You will not receive a confirmation email for orders placed through an external integration.
However, if you use our store solution (Tpopsite), then we take care of notifying your customer by email regarding the shipping and tracking of their order.
