On your external shop, never duplicate a product created by TPOP: our system won’t process it if a customer orders it from you.
Don’t delete or change the "SKUs".
Don’t change or remove the created variants (size / color), and don’t swap the options (don’t put the size instead of the color and vice versa).
Don’t change the product type / or the "Distributor" - "Vendor"
Don’t mark your orders as fulfilled: we’ll do it automatically. If you fulfill your orders, we won’t be able to update your customers’ tracking numbers and you won’t be able to cancel an order from our dashboard.
Don’t remove an ordered product from your shop until it has shipped: this could cause production problems.
If you’re placing your orders manually from an external CMS, make sure you select the right destination country (it’s often forgotten): if you don’t, you’ll be charged the highest rate, which is for worldwide shipping.
We can’t change that billing once the order is in production, and we can’t issue a refund (it’s a lot of work and time). So we strongly suggest, for manual orders, to use the platform’s creation module; this’ll help you avoid extra fees linked to these external CMSes.
No matter what you’re printing on, FLUO colors are a no-go: fluorescent can’t be printed.
If you send in a file with fluorescent colors, we’ll print it with the closest possible result. Same goes for any special colors (gold, silver, mirror effect, and so on).
For any creations you want to print on fabric, make sure not to add any semi-transparent areas or shadow effects.
The DTF (Direct to Film) printing technique doesn’t support semi-transparency: these areas could come out as random blobs of color or mess up the final result. For the best look, stick to bold, solid colors and sharp edges.
The higher your image resolution is, the more you can be sure your product will look nice and detailed.
For your visuals' dimensions, make sure to send images at least 2000 pixels wide (and 5000 pixels max), in 150 DPI : the result will be awesome.
Even though our printers let us get your visuals looking super sharp, fabric just isn’t as defined as paper: tiny details might not show up perfectly, so keep that in mind before sending in your visuals.
