On your external store, never duplicate a product created by TPOP: it would not be recognized by our system if a customer orders it from you.
Do not delete or modify the "SKUs."
Do not modify or delete the created variants (size/color), do not swap the options (do not put size in place of color and vice versa).
Do not change the product type / nor the "Distributor" - "Vendor"
Do not mark your orders as processed: we will do it automatically. If you process your orders, we will not be able to update your customers' tracking numbers, and you will not be able to cancel an order from our dashboard.
Do not delete a product from your shop that has been ordered until it is shipped: this can cause production issues.
If you place your orders manually from an external CMS, make sure to select the destination country (it is often forgotten): if not, you will be charged the highest rate, that of a worldwide delivery.
We will not be able to rectify this billing once the order is in production, and we will not be able to grant a refund (the operation is costly in time and labor). Therefore, we strongly advise you, for manual orders, to use the platform's creation module, which will save you the fees sometimes associated with these external CMS.
Fluorescent colors
Whatever the medium, FLUO colors should be avoided: fluorescent rendering is not printable.
If you send a file with integrated fluorescent colors, we will print with the closest possible rendering. The same applies to all specific colors (gold, silver, mirror effect...).
White (or similar) supports
On white supports (t-shirts or objects) as well as on very light supports (beige type, like natural color t-shirts) white is never printed.
This rule only applies to t-shirts and mugs, because if you order a sweatshirt, a tote bag, or a bodysuit, white and black will be printed. You are probably wondering why?
It's simply because we use a different printing technique for these products: DTF (Direct To Film) whereas on t-shirts we use DTG (Direct To Garment) and for objects (mug and bottle) we use sublimation.
Image quality
The higher the resolution of your image, the more you will be assured of a well-detailed product.
Regarding the dimensions of your visuals, make sure to send images of at least 2000 pixels wide (and 5000 pixels max), in 150 DPI : the result will be great.
However, even if our printers allow us to reproduce your visuals very precisely, the textile is less defined than a sheet of paper: micro-details may not appear properly, keep this in mind before sending your visuals.
