Worldwide Delivery

Learn how your orders are delivered and shipped with peace of mind.

We deliver everywhere, or almost.

That's how it is, we're not afraid: you have no limits to make yourself known worldwide.

Only a few destinations are not deliverable (restrictions imposed by governments or inability to ship): Afghanistan, Cuba, Crimea, Iran, Libya, Sudan, Syria, and North Korea.

Furthermore, very regular difficulties have led us to remove the following destinations from possible shipping countries:

Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and United Arab Emirates.

We try to update this list as frequently as possible.

When an order is placed on your online store, we receive and process it automatically.

The shipping costs that will be charged to you in addition to the product(s) are calculated based on the total number of items in your order.

We work with the most accurate calculated delivery and ship worldwide.

Important

The delivery charges that will be displayed on your store are to be defined according to your preferences, just like your selling price.

You can decide to offer free shipping from a certain amount, for example, in any case, these settings are made directly from your store (Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce...).

If your store is hosted by TPOP (your TPOP store in short), the delivery rules are automatically added to your store.

To facilitate calculations and offer a fairer rate regardless of the product destination, new modes of transport have been added to ensure faster delivery.

The global grid will soon be subject, we hope, to an overall reduction in rates: many countries (US, Canada, Japan, Australia, etc...) now impose an excessively costly air surcharge on which we have no means of action.

All products are shipped with tracking: each package has its tracking number, regardless of the destination.

The reduction in rates to the European Union, combined with systematically tracked delivery, opens the door to worldwide shipping.

The calculation method is as follows:

Each product always has 2 shipping rates: 1st product and additional product

If your order contains only one product, the shipping rate is that of the 1st product.

If your order contains multiple products, the "1st product" rate of the product with the highest "1st product" rate is used, then the "additional product" rate of each additional product is added.

Note that all rates are now displayed excluding VAT: VAT will be applied according to your location and legal status.

Example:

For a single mug sent to France, the rate will be €4.80 (first product).

For a mug + 1 t-shirt + 1 pouch, the rate will be €4.80 (first product) + €1 (additional product rate t-shirt) + €0.80 (additional product rate pouches).
