If you notice that one of your POD orders has been in production for several days and the status hasn’t changed, it’s important to contact us using the “Support for this order”, button located at the top right in the order details (POD Orders section).
A window will then pop up on the right side of your screen and you’ll just have to type your message.
This way, our support team can instantly find your order and tell you exactly why it’s “blocked”.
